Log in to your account, update your password, and reset a forgotten password.
If you’re logging in to the Syndigo Platform for the first time, you will need to use the Username and Password provided from the autoresponse@syndigo.com email. You’ll be prompted to create a unique password. You will then log in using the username and unique password. If you’re unsure if you have an existing account, contact Syndigo Support for help.
Log In
- Access the Syndigo platform by visiting platform.syndigo.com on any web browser.
- When prompted, enter your Username and Password.
NOTE: Your Username is not your email address.
Update Your Password
- Click the user icon located in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Click My Account.
- Click User Settings.
- Click Update Password on the left.
- Enter your current password and the password you wish to change it to.
- Click Update Password.
Reset a Forgotten Password
- On the Syndigo login page, click Forgot Your Password?

An email containing instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email on file.
NOTE: We recommend updating your password immediately after receiving the email, as the reset link expires within 15 minutes.
