Log In

Log in to your account, update your password, and reset a forgotten password.

If you’re logging in to the Syndigo Platform for the first time, you will need to use the Username and Password provided from the autoresponse@syndigo.com email. You’ll be prompted to create a unique password. You will then log in using the username and unique password. If you’re unsure if you have an existing account, contact Syndigo Support for help.

 

Log In  

  1. Access the Syndigo platform by visiting platform.syndigo.com on any web browser. 
  2. When prompted, enter your Username and Password.

NOTE: Your Username is not your email address. 

 

Update Your Password  

  1. Click the user icon located in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
  2. Click My Account
  3. Click User Settings
  4. Click Update Password on the left. 
  5. Enter your current password and the password you wish to change it to. 
  6. Click Update Password.  

 

Reset a Forgotten Password  

  1. On the Syndigo login page, click Forgot Your Password?
  2. An email containing instructions for resetting your password will be sent to the email on file.

NOTE: We recommend updating your password immediately after receiving the email, as the reset link expires within 15 minutes.
