Log in to your account, update your password, and reset a forgotten password.
To log in to the Syndigo platform, you will need to have set up your account through your company subscription. If you are unsure if you have an account, contact Customer Support.
- Access the Syndigo platform by visiting platform.syndigo.com on any web browser.
- When prompted, enter the Username and Password that was provided during your onboarding session.
NOTE: Your Username is not your email address.
Update Your Password
- Click the user icon located in the navigation bar at the top of the screen.
- Click My Account.
- Click User Settings.
- Click Update Password on the left.
- Enter your current password and the password you wish to change it to.
- Click Update Password.
Reset a Forgotten Password
- On the Syndigo login page, click Forgot Your Password?
- Follow the instructions for resetting your password.
